Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, living with my mother and grandmother who sparked my interest for art, mythology and nature. My grandmother being a professional photographer bringing me closer to an understanding and observation of nature. My mother on the other hand teaching me the valuable art of sales as she worked in different pharmaceutical companies so I was exposed to different types of people, cultures and nationalities. After doing my A-Levels I started traveling to Spain with my boyfriend at the time who was from Malaga. I learned to speak Spanish fluently and felt I wanted to use my Spanish in a business context and also have the beach at hand escaping the cold weather in Germany.
I had been working for a private insurance company in sales and marketing and felt I was ready for a change and a new challenge. Having been to Panama on a longer vacation I met a woman who lived in Playa Del Carmen we became friends and she invited me to live with her to start over here. I never regret having made that move two years ago. I first started working remote for a branding company based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles and then when they changed their business model was advised by my boss to use my sales skills in the area of real estate as his friend is a developer in Tulum and he heard about the tremendous growth of the area. I spoke to a couple of companies and felt IPM offered me the best training and possibilities to grow my career to the next level. The team is incredible and I love the team spirit and excitement everybody is bringing on the table.
Apart from my work life I love being in the Riviera Maya as the Mayan mythology is something that I have a deep interest in as it so complex and has a truly rich context that just fascinates me. Passionate about the water, I am blissed out to be living in a place that has bath tub, warm beaches and is sunny and warm 365 days of the year. Being able to connect with nature on a daily basis and learning about yoga, meditation, wisdom teachings, indigenous culture, community, and sustainable living is offered here in many activities which I enjoy a lot. There are so many literature, music and dance, and education programs going on that it is hard to ever get bored. I found my happy place between Playa and Tulum. Beach parties, art events and to me the best food in the world along with very friendly people have made this my home. That is why I am excited and grateful to have the opportunity to bring this piece of paradise closer to my clients.
