Macarena Macarena Macarena Hey……….. Macarena!!!. The Macarena is exactly what we will be doing together upon celebrating your exciting new investment venture with IPM and myself.
If you have come this far then chances are that you already have a pretty good idea as to the level of professionalism and transparency that IPM puts forth on a daily basis for our clients. With that said, allow me to give you brief summary of me, Joe Vanderleeuw.
Like most Canadian born boys, I was born with a hockey stick in my hands and toothless ;). Growing up in a small Northern farm town in Canada, I learned the simple but far to often lost or forgotten life lessons of how to treat yourself as well as others with respect, dignity and gratitude. I was blessed with amazing parents whom allowed my adventurous and wanderlust soul to roam across the vast lands of Canada at an early age of 17. In doing so I became very independent and learned many vocations but I naturally gravitated towards work that encompassed an aspect of working with people; this lead me to sales and hospitality careers.
After many years working in both of these spectrums in Canada; I felt that that it was time for a drastic change in my day to day life. So, I took the leap of faith and packed my bags for Latin America where I continued growing in the hospitality and sales fields respectively. Here I became a respected hospitality management consultant specializing in opening and managing Condo Hotel Developments. In having such a successful track record, I consider myself an expert in this field. Therefore, if your search is to find the best possible income property, I am your realtor.
I have been fortunate enough to have spent the last 8 years of my life living and learning in Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Belize and now here in Mexico. Throughout each country I experienced almost every form and facet of living conditions. I spent time in mountain towns, I was embedded in deep jungles, enjoyed the surf in beach towns and blended in with the fast paced hustle bustle of city life as well. Each country had its own highlights but nothing has compared to my time spent here in the Maya Riviera. It has everything that I personally need. Playa Del Carmen has the small city feel and small city things to do like the cinema, whilst still having an amazing beach and places of solitude. Additionally, there is a 30 minute ferry ride to Cozumel where I can get in a little surf action. There are countless gyms and places to practice Mixed Marital Arts or find the newest hotspot for Artisanal Kraft Cocktails and enjoy the vibrant live music scene.
With all of the above mentioned I still have Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum to enjoy and each for different reasons. Living here in the Maya Riviera really does allow me the capability to enjoy all aspects of life "minus the cold Canadian winter". With that said, nothing in life is more satisfying to me then to satisfy others and there is world of satisfaction here waiting for you with open arms.
I look forward to meeting you soon and make sure to practice the Macrena before you come down to meet me.
I'm ready when you are! Let me help answer your questions.
